Yosemite National Park in California
This amazing park require several days to really take it all in. A tour of Yosemite is a good way to hit some of these highlights.
– Half Dome: This landmark is the most famous symbol of Yosemite and a bucket list item for many rock climbers. The summit is reachable by a strenuous trail that includes cables and ladders, but the reward is worth it.
– Yosemite Falls: This is the tallest waterfall in North America, the water drops 2,425 feet. You can see it from almost anywhere in the park. Hike to its base or top for a closer look.
– El Capitan: This massive granite rock is a good challenge for rock climbers and a marvel for anyone visting the park. The top is 3,000 feet tall and has spectacular views of the surrounding area.
